What happens after you get in touch
There is no free trial to sign up for, and that is deliberate — this software does award interpretation and NDIS claiming, and neither of those is meaningful on sample data. So we do the demo on yours instead.
- 1
We reply within one business day
An actual person, in Australia, who knows the difference between SIL and SDA. Not a ticket number.
- 2
We ask what you run today
How many participants, how you claim, what your payroll does with broken shifts, and which part of the month hurts most.
- 3
The demo uses your scenarios
Bring a complicated participant, a messy fortnight of shifts and a claim that failed. Sample data is chosen to flatter a product; yours is not.

Who we work with
Registered and unregistered NDIS providers, plan managers, support coordinators, and aged-care providers delivering Support at Home — across every state and territory, from single-team providers to multi-entity groups.
If you are switching from another system, ask about migration. Participants, staff, shifts, notes and funding come across from a spreadsheet export, and the whole import can be dry-run and reversed before you commit to it.
Before you get in touch
The questions we are asked most often, answered here so you do not have to ask them.
How long does setup take?
Most providers are live within 1–3 business days. Our onboarding team imports your client and staff data, configures your price book to the current NDIS Support Catalogue, sets up your payroll rules to match your SCHADS Award classification, and trains your team via video call. No technical skills required. We also offer a white-glove migration service for providers switching from ShiftCare, Brevity or Lumary.
How long does it take to move to Rostery from another system?
Most providers are running within days rather than weeks. Rostery includes a self-service migration tool that reads exports from other care systems, maps the columns with AI assistance, resolves participant and staff relationships, and lets you dry-run the whole import and undo it before committing.
Which systems can Rostery import from?
Rostery imports participants, staff, shifts, notes and funding from spreadsheet or CSV exports produced by other NDIS care systems, including ShiftCare, Brevity and Lumary. Column mapping is suggested automatically, and every import can be dry-run and reversed.
Does Rostery have a mobile app for support workers?
Yes, on both iOS and Android. Support workers see their roster, clock in and out with GPS verification, write progress notes, log incidents and submit timesheets from their phone, and stay signed in between shifts rather than logging in each time.
Can I try Rostery before committing?
Yes. Book a live demo with a Rostery specialist who will walk through your specific workflows and answer detailed questions about how the platform handles your participant types, funding mixes and rostering complexity. We can run it on your own rosters and funding so you see the real thing, not a canned tour — including the AI features, eMAR and the full mobile app.
How much does Rostery cost?
Rostery costs $199, $499 or $999 per month in Australian dollars, excluding GST. Starter is $199/month for up to 25 active participants and 15 staff, Growth is $499/month for up to 75 participants with unlimited staff, and Scale is $999/month for up to 200 participants. Paying annually gives two months free. Enterprise pricing is quoted for multi-entity groups and franchises.
